Refund policy
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused or in like-new condition
- in its original packaging, if possible
- not damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- approved by our support team before being sent back
For hygiene and safety reasons, pet grooming products that have been heavily used, damaged, or returned with pet hair/debris may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jcproducts001@gmail.comil with:
- your order number
- a photo or video of the issue
- a photo of the package/label if possible
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
